ForgeGov Privacy Notice
This operational draft describes current private-beta data practices. It is provided for product transparency and remains subject to review and approval by qualified counsel.
- ForgeGov stores account identity, company membership, security events, connected-app authorization metadata, and workspace content users choose to enter.
- When you submit an access request or support inquiry, ForgeGov stores the name, email, company, inquiry type, and message you provide for authorized administrator review. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, or controlled information.
- Government opportunity and award information may originate from public government sources and is treated separately from private company workspace content.
- ForgeGov uses security logging to protect accounts and investigate suspicious access. Passwords and authentication secrets are not written to application audit logs.
- Company administrators can control company membership; removing a user does not automatically delete company-owned work product.
- This draft does not represent final legal approval and may change before unrestricted public release.
